Part Time – Flex Hours – Internet Marketing

Part time Employee to handle our web based advertising. If you know how to post on EBAY or other sites like that and you are proficient at it, you should be able to do this job. We are a vehicle dealer and Salvage Yard looking for someone with the following skills:

• Computer literate
• Taking and editing digital photos.
• Creating, Formatting and editing documents with Microsoft Office and Adobe CS3 (that is what we have) Other programs can be used if that makes it easier.
• Working with websites, FTP client uploads
• PC Environment
• At least basic HTML (mostly this is copy and paste)
• Cutting up graphics and saving for web
• Familiar with inventories and categorizing of product
• Willingness to understand and work with vehicles and parts will be necessary
• Proficient at typing and editing your own work

We have a nice office environment with state of the art equipment and programs. Work hours are flexible and some of the work can be done from your own location. There is definite need to come into the office at least once a week to take pictures and get data. Pay is negotiable according to experience. We are located on Interstate 95 and Route 322 in Chester/Aston Pa, five minutes from the Commodore Barry Bridge.
Applicant must be able to drive and hold a valid driver’s license

Position Summary
The WebSphere Portal User Interface Developer is a results-oriented, self-motivated doer who can develop clean, concise, optimized, cross-platform/browser user interfaces on content management systems and portal platforms including IBM's WebSphere Portal, Lotus Web Content Management (WCM) and Interwoven's TeamSite.

Responsibilities
• Deliver quality, timely content-managed applications/websites for all web and interactive marketing website initiatives
• Continually address cross-browser compatibility challenges creatively, using existing resources to maximize re-use and reduce redundancies
• Develop 'themes', components and presentation templates using IBM WebSphere Portal Server / Lotus WCM
• Administer and configure select features of the IBM WebSphere Portal and Lotus WCM Server as necessary (version 6.1 preferred)
• Develop templates for use with Interwoven TeamSite
• Develop workflows for both Lotus WCM and Interwoven TeamSite
• Perform Java/J2EE development and work with associated architectures
• Lead initiatives around Web2.0 approaches such as mashups, widgets, gadgets, and composite applications
• Help evangelize web technology and use of the web as a business channel, as well as articulate the benefits of an optimized user experience to all levels of the organization.
Experience and Education:
• Minimum BS/BA in Computer Science, or equivalent required
• Minimum 5-7 years programming experience, with a concentration in user interface development
• Demonstrated expertise in front-end development with mastery of HTML/XHTML, JavaScript, and CSS and proficiency in Perl, Java, Ajax, JSP, XML, XSLT, and Dojo
• Experience in JSR 168/286-compliant portlet design and development, preferably in an IBM portal environment
• Experience using IDEs such as Eclipse, Rational Application Developer and application servers like IBM WebSphere and/or Tomcat/Apache
• Demonstrable experience with Java, J2EE web application design, development of servlets, Java Server Pages, JSTL and good understanding of MVC framework and Enterprise patterns
• Demonstrated commitment to web standards and expertise in Accessibility (Section 508 compliance), W3C methods and properties, and Centers for Medicaid Services (CMS)
• Deep understanding of web application design and web security frameworks
• Significant experience designing and developing workflow processes
