We are a small boutique web group working with inspiring nationally known non-profits, science organizations, progressive companies, and educational institutions to produce highly strategic, amazingly designed, and meticulously developed web campaigns. Our small team tends to work remotely and we depend heavily upon skype and screen share and lots of caffeine! If you have superior visual design skills, do informed web design and graphic production work, are able to ABSOLUTELY manage your own schedule, excel at working independently and delivering great work on time, we need you to join our team.

Hours are flexible, variable, and part time (7-15 hours a week to start).
We can talk about your best days and times to work. If you are amazing, we are happy to work around your schedule. Preference will be towards someone looking for a long-term position with growth potential.
Our wish list for you is ::
* stupendous graphics design, production, photoshop layout work, image search and selection, hip vision.
* a strong portfolio, available for viewing, demonstrating a great sense of design and creativity
* strategic and concepting skills will make you stand out.
* willing to work on all levels of graphic production work, newsletters, layouts, campaign work, widgets, image search, ongoing design tweaks, etc.
* a keen eye for detail and a proven track record producing consistent clean graphics, and layouts
* excellent typography skills
* need to be able to take art direction and flush out strategic design direction
* strong understanding of how to design for css
* html + webmastering skills for client sites (web page upkeep, formatting, file transfer, image production + compression).
* able to take constructive criticism from team members and adjust design to fit product needs
* ability to self motivate and self manage and deliver on time and on budget
* imagination !
Must know these really well ::
* Photoshop CS4, Illustrator, + image compression
* html, css editing (not looking for a css expert here)
It would be cool if you had some of these skills up your sleeve (please mention) ::
* you knew various cms
* omniggraffle, protoshare
* dreamweaver
* getactive or convio exposure
* typo3 exposure
* ecommerce experience very helpful
