UI Designer (Mill Creek)

We're a small team working on a corporate training platform for distance learning. We're looking for a great UI Designer to help us design and build our training course creation tool. We need a sexy UI for a WYSIWYG type of course creator. An example of something we like is sliderocket.com.

You should be:

Experienced in UI design,
Have artistic talent,
Have a demonstrable history of getting things done,
Have some amazing projects ready to show us,
Bonus points for Flex development skills

We all work from our homes, and meet virtually or in coffee shops around Mill Creek, so being able to run a project without a lot of handholding is pretty key.
