We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to develop concepts as well as execute across the landscape of digital design, including email (promotional, newsletters, transactional), websites, web landing pages, content features (i.e. white paper pdfs), banner advertising, and ecommerce. We seek simple but elegant visual designs and interaction models from our design team.
Requirements:
• Ability to think strategically, understand the user, the brand, and the client
• Expert skills in Quark or Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
• Significant experience in typography
• Significant experience in design html emails
• Working knowledge of the web development process (site maps, wireframes, visual design)
• Significant experience in designing promotional web landing pages (that sell product or services and drive a call to action)
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS
• Demonstrated ability to estimate and scope work
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to manage multiple client campaigns
• Attention to detail
Work experience and education:
• Formal design training is a must
• BA/BAS in Multimedia Design, Interface Design, Interaction Design or similar
• 3+ years of professional online design experience
