WordPress template ninja - passion for webstandards xhtml/css (Fullerton)

We are an Online Marketing agency with an office in downtown Fullerton and due to growth we are looking for an experienced WordPress ninja for hands-on professional xhtml/css WordPress templating built from Photoshop designs (created by designers we work with). PHP/MySQL knowledge is a big big plus. Preferably you also have knowledge about frameworks like cakephp, jquery and know how to create/customize plugins.

Qualifications:
- You are fluent in English
- You are very well skilled in xhtml/css
- You know how to turn a Photoshop PSD file into xhtml/css validated template for WordPress
- You know how to program PHP/MySQL, maybe not big apps, but you know your way around
- You are aware of various SEO coding techniques
- Experience with: WordPress/WordPress MU/BuddyPress, preferably also with jquery, javascript, rapid development frameworks etc.
- Since it is your passion, you like to talk about html5/css3

You need to be able to come in to the office in downtown Fullerton.
