Freelance Website Development, I will provide designs PSD files (Upper West Side)

Please review this website as an example of what I am looking for in terms of features, scope, motion and transitions. (ignore shop and showroom as this will be phase II)

PSD files, complete designs will be provided. The site should be built in such a way, that once complete, I can edit all images and copy easily. Please provide the following: estimate, projected time frame, examples of yours previous work and professional experience, please also note the application I will need to use to edit copy & imagery.
