Freelance Graphic and Web Designer, possibly long term (Downey, CA)

We are looking for a long term, freelance graphic designer and web designer/developer. We have three projects in mind; marketing brochure, retail packaging for our products, and a website, which will need to be designed and developed and maybe even managed, and will also include ecommerce. We need someone who is close in vicinity, or does not mind driving for an interview, the initial design meeting, and creative meetings throughout each project.

We are looking for someone who can do the following:

Strong Photoshop & Illustrator skills
Flash (ActionScripting)
Dreamweaver
HTML/ XHTML/CSS
Organized
Packaging design
Experience creating artwork for printing
Ability to take direction and initiative while still being able to incorporate your own creative spin on the project(s)
Possess of keen and creative as well as current sense of design
Strong typographic skills
Uploading new product information to website
Updating and maintaining website
Creating marketing materials
