I am looking to subcontract out web design work to someone.
New web design/development company looking for someone passionate about web design and graphic design... with a structured, detail-oriented working style. Must have good aesthetic eye and basic website skills (FTP, etc.) Wordpress skills a plus. You must be local (Palm Beach County) so we can coordinate on projects in person every once in a while (give you updates and changes on client websites). This is an at-home position so your own computer and software is required.
The two key things I want to know about you... are your skills, and if you have a very structured working personality. Because that is absolutely essential to me. I want to be able to give you jobs and trust that they will be completed promptly without much oversight. It's essential you are very structured when it comes to your working style. Otherwise, you'll get hired but won't last very long. And that's kind of a drag for everyone. :-)
